Queensland Oztag Junior State Cup 2021 Info
After much planning Queensland Oztag is happy to announce that it’s event plan submission for the Junior State Cup 2021 has been approved by the Sunshine Coast Public Health Office.
Within this plan we have been given the approval to have spectators at our Junior State Cup 2021.As is expected with having this approval there are some regulations which need to be followed. We ask that all players, coaches and spectators make themselves familiar and aware as to help with the running of such event.
Whilst the event will be run in an outdoor environment it is asked that all patrons please follow the social distancing requirements of 1.5m. This includes whilst entering or exiting the venue, underneath tents along with spectating over the weekend.
There will be 2 main entry/exit points on the days and these will have staff there to assist with the signing in process that will occur.
- Nicklin Way Entrance (as indicated on Field Map)
- Sportsman Parade Main Gate (as indicated on Field Map)
IMPORTANT- Players and Spectators are to not be there any more than 1 hour before their block of games commence.
Signing In Process
Queensland Oztag will be using a QR code scanning system for the 2021 Junior State Cup. Every person who attends this event will be required to scan in using the Safe Visit QR Code. This system will retain and pre fill the signing in/out information each day so as to make this process smooth and efficient. All patrons at the completion of game blocks will be required to leave the venue and scan out using the QR Code.
- Parents will be responsible for the signing in of any minor who is not capable of doing it themselves
- In the event that a patron does not have a phone to sign in a staff member will assist with this using a tablet.
